According to the World Health Organization, getting anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes of sunlight on your face, arms, legs, etc. 2 to 3 times a week is enough to enjoy the benefits of the sun. Some of these benefits are; stabilizing your mood, boosting your immune system, and enhancing your energy.
I know when I go out in the sun on a daily basis it helps me be a happier person.
